Samsung might release a more reasonably priced Galaxy Z FE foldable model.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are anticipated to debut later this year; they are said to be the successors to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, respectively. In July 2023, the current foldable lineup was revealed. It is anticipated that the rumored models will be significantly better than the previous models. To date, a number of leaks have revealed information about the possible screens that will be included in the next smartphones. Additionally, the business is expected to introduce a foldable smartphone at a lower price. According to a tipster, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 may have a camera comparable to a flagship model.
In a post on X (previously Twitter), tipster Revegnus (@Tech_Reve) asserted that Samsung is thinking of integrating the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s camera into the Galaxy Z Fold 6. It’s possible that the tipster mistyped “the Fold6 with the same camera sensor as the S24 Ultra instead of decreasing the battery capacity” in the post. It might be “increasing” rather than “decreasing,” which would indicate that Samsung intends to replace the Galaxy Z Fold 6’s outdated primary camera sensor with a newer model rather than providing a bigger battery.
A 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50-megapixel telephoto shooter, and a 10-megapixel camera comprise the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra’s quad rear camera system.
The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is notable for having three rear cameras: a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto shooter, and a 50-megapixel sensor with a wide-angle lens and support for OIS (optical image stabilization).
A previous leak suggested that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 would have a slimmer design and a wider display. It is anticipated that the phone will have larger internal and external displays than the previous model. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 features a 6.2-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X cover panel in addition to a 7.6-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex primary display.
