On Thursday, Honor unveiled the Honor Choice Earbuds X5, their most recent truly wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds. At a launch event that was live-streamed on YouTube, the earphones made their debut with the Honor X9b smartphone and the Honor Choice Watch. The Earbuds X5 include active noise cancellation (ANC) and are designed with an in-ear design. The earbuds have an IP54 dust and water resistance rating and 10mm drum drivers. With the charging case, Honor’s newest wireless earphones are said to have a 35-hour battery life.

The cost of the Honor Choice Earbuds X5 is 1,999 rupees. The earbuds will only be available on Amazon, traditional retail outlets, and the Explore Honor website starting at 12 p.m. on February 16. There will be just one white colorway of the Earbuds X5.
Features and characteristics of the Honor Choice Earbuds X5
The Honor Choice Earbuds have an in-ear design and an active noise reduction level of up to 30dB. Additionally, the ANC has an Ambient Sound Transmission mode that raises the user’s awareness of background noise. The earphones have two microphones with environmental noise cancellation (ENC) and allow users to answer calls hands-free. The earbuds also come with a Low-Latency Game Mode, which is designed to reduce the latency between audio and video when playing games.
10mm drum drivers with support for SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs are a feature of the Earbuds X5. Honor states that the earbuds have a battery life of up to 35 hours when used with the charging case that is included. This includes up to nine hours of continuous playback and eighteen hours of talk time. The charging case has a 460mAh battery and a USB Type-C connector for charging, whereas the buds have a 45mAh battery. Honor claims that charging the earphones completely takes up to two hours.
Touch controls are also included with the wireless earphones to answer and end calls, play/pause music, and switch between ANC settings. The Honor earphones are compatible with Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity. Through the Honor AI space app, cellphones can also be connected to the earbuds. Additionally, the earphones have an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance. The weight of each earbud alone is 4.26g, while the entire weight of the case is 50g.
